We offer standard and priority/ expedited shipping. Priority/ expedited shipping is more expensive than standard shipping. 

Delivery times are based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse.

During drops/ launches, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, but we kindly ask for 3-5 business days due to heavier than normal order volumes. Selecting priority / expedited shipping will speed it up delivery time once your package is in transit, however but still takes 1-2 business regularly and 3-5 business days during drops/ launches for your package to ship. 

As soon as the order is shipped out to you, you will receive an email so you can track your purchase all the way to your doorstep! 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If shipping outside of the United States custom charges may apply. These fees do not come to us and are not paid for by us or included in the cost of shipping, customs fees and duties are fees the destination country charges and we cannot be held responsible for them. 

LIABILITY

Luna Bamboo Studio is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. If you select priority / expeditated shipping, your order will automatically be insured. Ground mail orders and orders that qualify for free shipping do not get insured. If a package is showing delivered we are not responsible to ship another item. If your package is shown delivered please contact the carrier for more information.
