We offer standard and priority/expedited shipping. Priority/expedited shipping costs more than standard shipping and speeds up delivery once your package is in transit.

Delivery times are based on when your order ships, not when it's placed. Please allow at least 1–2 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse.

During drops and launches we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask for 3–5 business days due to higher-than-normal volumes. Priority/expedited shipping speeds up transit time, but orders still take 1–2 business days to ship normally and 3–5 business days during drops and launches.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email so you can track your purchase all the way to your doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you're shipping outside the United States, customs charges may apply. These fees are charged by the destination country and aren't collected by us or included in your shipping cost, so we're unable to cover or refund them.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our studio it's in the carrier's hands — but we're always here to help. Priority/expedited orders are automatically insured; if anything goes wrong, reach out and we'll make it right. Standard and free-shipping orders aren't covered by carrier insurance, so we recommend priority shipping for the most protected delivery. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please contact the carrier first to open an inquiry, then let us know and we'll do everything we can to help.
