How do I best care for my Luna Bamboo Studio products?
It is recommended to preserve the longevity of the fabric to wash your Luna Bamboo Studio products in a detergent that is gentle and safe on delicate fibers.
1) Pull up the zipper, if any, before washing
2) Machine wash cold or lower heat. Delicate fibers do not respond optimally to high heat, on gentle cycle, with similar colors
3) for longevity hang or air dry is best, but most parents are short on time so not tumble dry on low heat. Note, high heat can damage the fabric.
Tip! Use fluid detergents. Don’t overdose the washing detergent and skip the softener.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 business days regularly and 3-5 business days on launches and holidays for your order to ship from our warehouse. Note that delivery times are based on when the order is shipped not when the order is placed. As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email so that you might track your order all the way to your front door.
Please keep in mind: once an order is packaged and dropped off with the carrier by our team delivery times can vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, weather, distance from our warehouse, and holidays. Selecting priority shipping is not guaranteed by USPS. Luna Bamboo Studio does its best to ship as quickly as possible but we cannot control delivery once the package is with the carrier.
Are Luna Bamboo Studio pajamas treated with flame retardant chemicals?
Luna Bamboo Studio does not treat our fabrics with flame retardant chemicals. Our pajamas are designed to be snug fitting. Our pajamas meet all US safety regulations and standards without using flame retardant chemicals. Our pajamas are submitted to independent third-party testing to ensure that they are free from harmful substance, including lead and phthalates and are compliant with all Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations.
Why does Luna Bamboo Studio recommend a snug fitting pajama?
Our pajamas are designed to be snug fitting because we don't put any flame-retardant chemicals on them. Because we do not apply flame retardant chemicals to our pajamas, we must adhere to strict CPSC regulations requirement snug fitting clothing for sleepwear - this is for the safety of your child. When considering the right size for your child please review our size guide. Your goal should always be to size pajamas that are snug enough to not allow any extra air flow but not so tight they are uncomfortable.
Is your fabric OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes, every fabric is sent to third party laboratories for testing.
Where is Luna Bamboo Studio located?
Our warehouse is located in Houston, Texas. We are not currently in any boutiques and sell exclusively online.
